Opening hours on here are wrong. Says open until 9pm, they’re closed at 6:20pm. Drove 40 mins to have a look at some shoes and they aren’t open. Hours were updated this week so thought it would be reliable.
Fantastic service from all staff today. We were greeted as soon as we arrived and approached by two different staff members for assistance while in the store. Very friendly and quick to check the back and find the size I needed for a specific shoe. This clearly stood out because it was one of the busiest weekends in retail (Black Friday), and the other outlet stores in the area don't provide this level of service. Elise in particular was attentive, friendly, and efficient. Loved our experience, and we will be back soon! Thanks, NB Westgate.

♿ I enjoy the New balance shoes known for its running and durability. I have bought a couple of pairs here and no complaints. Have been looked after from staff. Not a big variety of apparel but ok discounts on the footwear. Also sports accessories . One of the methods of payment they have afterpay .

Staff are top notch, Caring, nothing is out of the way. Surprising good range of shoes for all ages and activities. Likely will shop here as my preffered store for shoes.
Great products at great prices. As my feet are a bit broader towards the front, I find the NB range of sneakers to fit very well, and super comfy. Also, they last a long time too!
I’ve shopped at your store since it open and our family have spent $1,000s over the years. Today because your shop asked for proof of a mask exemption, you have lost our business for good. It’s not your place to ask for proof. I suggest you follow up on what the rules actually are. Ps. You were the only shop in Westgate that asked for it…..
