   Not a great service. We walked in at 7.45pm and were told we need to go as last customers were in the store and they were closing soon. The site says 9pm as closing on Thursdays.

   I’m sorry but I had a sub-par experience couple of weeks ago when I was looking for a tote bag. I work in retail in the same mall and know the kind of customer service that customers should be receiving. I asked one of the staff members about the tote as I saw it in stock instore online and she walked me to a corner and said they must’ve sold out. The following day, I came back and gave them the product code to check stock levels, the staff member hesitated to give an answer while looking at the monitor for a while before telling me there was none. I settled for a tote bag from a different store, however I came back a couple days later to find out they had plenty on display. The staff members were never rude, however would definitely have appreciated a bit more effort in helping out customers looking for products as they had it all along and just didn’t bother to look in the back. ☺️

   After having the worst retail experience at cotton on Lynnmall (which I've reviewed on Google) we were pleasantly surprised with the customer service and were well looked after. The girl at the counter was lovely and apologized for what happened at the other branch even though she had nothing to do with it. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is that after our official complaint with cotton on customer support they have not followed up with our concerns.
