   Very rude staff, one of the girl threw my pants when I was trying new one in the corridor and blamed me that I should close the door , upon feedback to other staff at the counter she was teaching me about compassion and long day, I am compassionate enough that’s why I didn’t gave the feedback in front of the staff, and then didn’t applied the 30% store discount so I have to come back, really frustrating, they should be trained on how to take and record customer dissatisfaction. Poor show !!

   I visited Cotton On Glenfield yesterday knowing exactly what I wanted—the Haven V Neck Maxi Dress, which a friend had recently worn on her trip to Italy. I planned to purchase it for my upcoming trip to Fiji and Bali this weekend. Store assistant Holly immediately engaged with me, offering her help. She was exceptional, recommending sizes and even offering to contact other stores to find a colour they didn't have in stock. Holly was an absolute gem and such an asset to Cotton On. Though she usually works at the Albany store, I was lucky to catch her at Glenfield during my visit. I left feeling fully satisfied, with a big smile and a spring in my step. Thank you, Holly, for making my shopping experience incredible!

   A regulation cotton on store with all the online listed products available. Ample try rooms are available in store. Good price reduction sales are always there in store. The products are well designed, good quality and appropriately priced from cheap to expensive. The staff is nice, patient and helpful. The location is easily accessible, with ample car mall parks. Well recommended.
