   For me it was important to have my wedding suit made in NZ, and I was thrilled to find RJB Design has a bespoke service using a local Auckland tailor. Ronald was professional and efficient, seeming to understand what I wanted even when I wasn't so sure! Completely understanding and willing to go out of his way to make the perfect garment for me - it was customer service like I've never experienced before. Amazing service and absolutely thrilled with the results. I will be calling in many times again for any future menswear needs (and hopefully I can justify a second bespoke garment sometime too!!).    Great service! Ronald was definitely pleasant to work with. My first quote for my tailored wedding tux was way out of my budget (based on my initial requirements) but he took the patience to find me something that met my standards and at a high quality. He was great with following things up through out the stages and kept me well informed. The tux was made well before the date and fitted perfectly! Happy customer all the way.

   I was looking for a nice pair of jeans in several shops to no avail. I walked in RJB, Julian was very helpful in locating a couple pair for me, one fit well so I bought them. They needed to be shortened, he said they can do it in a day (this was noon Friday) and Julian phoned at 10:30 am Saturday to say there were ready. Perfect fit and I wore them out that night. Excellent service and I'll go back for more clothes.
