   What a fantastic shopping experience I had at 3WM in Takapuna! I was so graciously looked after by Lana ( I hope I have her name right - she is the lovely lady who comes from Croatia!). She was brilliant and so helpful. It was like having a personal shopper!! I got everything I needed and a free Bluetooth speaker (which is incredible by the way!!). I will definitely be buying more from 3 Wise Men Takapuna! Thanks so much

   Popped into Three Wise Men Takapuna this morning needing a shirt for a same-day meeting. The woman serving me was super helpful—quickly sorted the right shirt, fit was perfect, good to go. I asked if they could give it a quick steam, but unfortunately, their steamer was out of action. Probably a bit abruptly (only because I had a phone call to jump on), I said thanks anyway and mentioned I’d head to Commercial Bay to try there instead. When I arrived at Commercial Bay, the shirt—same size, same style—was already hanging there waiting for me. Turns out the Takapuna sales assistant had quietly emailed ahead, letting them know I might be coming and what I needed. No fuss, no fanfare—just handled. It’s easy to give good service when everything goes smoothly. What stood out here was how they quietly made it right even when it didn’t. Absolute hats off—deserves a bottle of wine.

   My partner bought shirts online and tried to return them in store for a refund (as per the 3 wise men policy which says "Full refund for returns. No questions asked"). He went to return the shirt on Tuesday and the person working there told him that he couldn't get a refund. The person then bereated my partner for buying online instead of instore. My partner said the Taka store didn’t have stock and said the 3 wise men policy on its website says returns can get a full refund then the employee said the eftpos machine was down. My partner went the next day (Wednesday) and it was the same person working there he again said the eftpos machine was down and he couldn't do a refund. My partner called the store on Thursday asked the staff if the efpos machine was working and he said of course but said only the owner can process refunds and he works Tuesday and Wednesday. My partner had to go to Sylvia Park to return the clothes (which they did no questions). Don't know how the owner can get away with making different policies then the head office and just lying about the eftpos machine not working. Bad experience won't go again! Would recommend Sylvia Park though.

   Not a great experience. Over a $130 shirt that can’t iron well at all including me steaming it at home and still looks not ironed, it took weeks to hear from them. I strolled in the shop and my shirt was sitting in the back. A note described it as a light summery shirt. No manufacturing fault which I agree. It was the quality of the fabric. I was told by the shop assistant to call management/owner. I left two messages to head office but no response. Brought many shirts from this place and when the going gets tough no one cares. Replacing it would have been the solution. Won’t buy any shirts from this place again.

   Discovered the amazing Kim in '3 Wise Men, Takapuna' on New Years Eve. My partner and I launched ourselves into the store to suitably dress him for my sons wedding. Thinking it was going to be a challenging episode, i even resorted to taking my dress in. We were the winners on the day! Kim is the star, with a treasure trove of knowledge, read us so well and the store provided her with many stunning pieces to create 'The Look.' Its still an understatement to say we skipped out of there with 'complete peace of mind' and possibly even feeling a tad few years younger lol. We will be back and soon! 3 Wise Men, Kim is a keeper!!!
