I haven't been shopping for clothes in years! I'd like to say the young lady that served me in hallensteins Albany was so very lovely and we had a chat about foster puppies. She made my day.
We went there during the King's birthday to find suits for my teenagers and a jacket for my husband. Even though it was a public holiday and the store was pretty busy, we were being assisted by this lovely young lady called Jordyn who was very helpful to find the suits we were looking for in store and also she ordered them online since they dont have the sizes that we needed in store. The suits were delivered 3 days later. Her customer service skills was excellent and we were very satisfied with her professionalism. Thank you once again, especially for Jordyn.
