    Awful customer service!! Terrible product quality!! Bought a Diono carseat from them , the seat was used for only 5 min drives for daycare pickup/drop offs for barely 3 months and all the fabric was worn out looking like a 10 year old seat, the side wing was stuck and not working After approaching them and explaining all the issues we were only brushed off and they were not willing to provide any resolution for such a poor quality product VERY DISAPPOINTED !!
