   This is a store at my local Milford where I was openly discriminated, spoken down too & treated with disdain as an invisible customer. Ironically its not high-end labels just another mediocre shop surrounded by a mixture of high-end retail with beautiful customer care, Blue illusion staff could do with re-training if their looking at surviving. Went to get a birthday giftcard, walked out close to tears. To the two Caucasian females working on July 12, 2024 shame on you for the poor representation of your company. Spent 2weeks chasing up Blue illusion country manager Lucy Taylor, most unfortunate she has not returned calls or even sent courtesy text, quite telling when a regional mgr can't be arsed in basis customer etiquette than why should it's stores. If we could give it a zero star rating we would.
