Ventured quite a distance to pick a dress for a special occasion, 2 sales assistants working and I wasn’t acknowledged, even thou I spent a decent amount of time browsing the racks. I can’t help but think I didn’t fit the ruby bill based of my casual attire, as I watched them approach other customers who walked in after me. Very disappointing.
I don’t get out to shop often being a new mum and went looking for jeans for the first time in years. Found a pair at this store that I thought I liked. Went out of town for two weeks and realised I would never wear these jeans. Tried to return them 2 weeks later and was told sorry, no returns allowed after 7 days, no store credit, and no exceptions. That’s a fantastic way to lose a customer for life. I will never shop here again.

Had the loveliest shopping experience today with (I think her name was) Sophie. Such an amazing staff member! I’m a wheelchair user so sometimes can have unpleasant shop experiences but she was just a gem!

I had an awesome experience at Ruby Takapuna with Rhianna. She was so helpful to find me an outfit for an event thats happening this week. She was really thoughtful, respectful and helpful with bringing me all the garments for me to try on and decide on the final one too. She is an absolute star!!!
