I just love coming back to Albany Portmans branch just to add to my wardrobe collection. The ladies at the counter Sharan and Vandana (saw them this Sunday) were very helpful and friendly by walking me through their stocks and assisting me with the right fit. Helpful service. Store is well laid out and easy to browse through clothes. Changing rooms are a good size with plenty of clothing hooks.
Terrible approach and forceful sales. I feel so sad about how she treat customers. I have never been forced to shop but they did. And their clothes are also been treated badly. Bad hangers for knit wears.
Bought 3 pullovers for winter. Liked the colours and style BUT after just two wears they are pilled and pulled and look as if they've done many many winters. So after just two wears they are headed for the throw-out bin. Not impressed. Won't purchase from this store again.
Manager Vicky is extremely rude and had customers walk out and approach us later about the way she spoke to us. Definitely the rudest and worst customer service ever experienced. Her poor sales assistant has to put up with her mean and demeaning attitude. She needs to be sacked due to work place bullying and poor customer service.
